Fresh Bubble Tea & Juice opened at University Mall in South Burlington in 2018. Today, the same drink-first approach also serves guests at Champlain Centre in Plattsburgh.

The idea behind Fresh
Keep the drink at the center.
From the beginning, Fresh has focused on bubble tea—milk teas, fruit teas, tea lattes, Yakult drinks, smoothies, slushes and original creations.
The menu has grown, but the goal remains simple: prepare each order with care and help every guest find a cup that feels like theirs.
